We also collaborated with Ang Ku Kueh Girl to launch a set of CNY stickers to celebrate our distinctive Chinese Singaporean culture. The stickers feature CNY snacks such as pineapple tart and niangao, and our distinctive CNY practices such as exchanging mandarin oranges, yusheng and eating tangyuan on the last day of Chinese New Year. The pack includes a sticker which can be used on the last day of Chinese New Year, Chap Goh Meh (the Hokkien term for the 15th night of the Chinese New Year, also known as the Yuan Xiao Festival).

One of Us, All of Us
Exhibition

Based on the well-received video series One of Us, this exhibition provides insights into our local Chinese dialect cultures.

Visitors will discover individuals who are making waves in dialect culture through stories, videos, and artefacts in this special exhibition. From a young adult who has been performing Teochew opera since she was three to an ang ku kueh brand giving a new spin to the traditional snack, every story brings a new perspective to our dialect cultures.

This exhibition is available at SCCC Concourse, Level 1. Visit here for more details.
