Ancient Moon, Present Light

Part of a new programme by SCO and Singapore Chinese Cultural Centre held in celebration of key Chinese festivals, this concert features timeless classics Moonlit Night on a Spring River and Blossoms under the Full Moon presented in their original style, while other works such as Cantonese Medley, Qing Dynasty Bossa Nova: Colourful Clouds Chasing the Moon, and Moonlight in the City will be rearranged by talented young local composers Wang Chenwei, Sulwyn Lok, and Tan Kah Yong.
